01 Business Development Manager
Responsible for sales in Electronic Security (e-surveillance), Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Addressing System.
Account creation and sales closure to achieve assigned sales targets.
Account Management – Independently map accounts and build relationships across the key stakeholders & decision makers in the account.
Understanding client requirements and positioning the appropriate solution with the help of presales team.
Sales planning, reporting – funnel and commit – weekly / monthly.
Achieving key business parameters revenues, gross margins & payment collection.
Target market segments – Medium and Large Enterprises, Banks.
Candidate with strong BFSI exposure will be given preference.
02 Project Manager
Responsible for organizing and overseeing implementation of projects handled by Modern Informatics Pvt. Ltd across India.
Work with people to scope, delegate and manage projects.
Individually work on own and provide support as needed for projects.
Provide quick response and turnaround to entire team for strategies, opportunities, pricing, negotiations and closing of the business cases.
Manage & Monitor Team: (Project Manager will report to COO for daily operations.)
Work closely with the management and technical team for strategic planning, product positioning, revenue growth, solutions and process enhancement.
Work closely with Vendors and distributors for enhancement of business.
Monitor and review every individual technical team for targets on daily basis.
Report management on defined timeline, on progress of the planned activities and revenue generation.
03 Purchase Manager
Floating Enquiries (RFQ), analysis of received quotation, making Comparative Statement (CS), discussing technical Specification with technical team and project manager.
Techno commercial negotiation and finalization with Vendors, and preparation of Purchase order (PO) / work order (WO) using ERP software.
Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries & accounts department for their payments.
Forecasting, Demand-Planning and formulating budgets with Purchase GM and Project Managers for timely procurement of goods to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Evaluation of vendor performance on the basis of quality, price, time & services, also preparing MIS reports related to Purchase, Inventory & savings.
Vendor identification / development-alternate suppliers for cost reduction.
Developing C class item suppliers from local Market / surrounding areas as & when required.
Planning the store requirement, scheduling and keeping records up to date of Material Movement by entering in ERP software.
Negotiating, finalizing work order, coordinating with Transport, Distribution & Vendors for the flow of goods through network and follow up for approved bills payment.
Cost analysis – Overseeing the secondary freight, analyzing the cost impact by route optimization and warehouse rationalization and taking decisions depending on the total distribution cost and optimum service levels.
Logistics Forecasting, budgeting & Planning.
Focus on continues improvement (Kaizen) for full proof operating procedure.
Ensure Physical Stock Verification / Reconciliation of material is conducted on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
Overall supervising & monitoring stocked good in relation to leakage and theft, and disposal of surplus, critical, Non/Slow Moving & Expiry items.
Legal Agreements pertaining to AMC Contracts, Work Contract, and any other task given by the Management.
04 SOC Executive
Work as a SOC Executive and monitor the physical assets across the country for a site.
Analyze the issue reported, identify problem areas, devise and work with team members to enhance quality of service and prevent future issues.
Meet the SLA requirements by closing the issue within SLA
Escalate the events/incident to 2nd level team in time of the problems that cannot be solved by within the scope of SOC Executive
Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to issues on site and fixing the issue within SLA)
Carry out event and incident localization/ resolution/ escalation in accordance with given instructions
Should agree to work in rotational shifts without any hesitation.
Contribute as a team member by performing other duties as assigned by Management.
05 Assistant Technical Manager
To conceptualize design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.
To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated.
To reviews on the architecture and design deliverables.
To support as a Subject Matter Expert as well as handling and monitoring the testing team.
To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/ product)
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
Candidates should be from B.E. Electronic Background.
06 Service Engineer (PAN INDIA)
Need to have Electronic Background on smaller scale.
Basic Knowledge of Computers
Time Flexibility to complete the task.
Travel should not be the constraint.
Need to do cabling and installation work if required.
